- Check and clean condenser coils.
- Check drain pan.
- Check the condensate drain to prevent water overflow.
- Check capacitors for hazardous leaks.
- Check air filters.
- Check all supply vents for proper air circulation.
- Check safety controls.
- Check all pumps & auxiliary equipment.
- Check reversing valve for proper operation.
- Lubricate motor and blower bearings.
- Inspect contractor points.
- Check all electrical components for proper operation.
- Check all wire connections & replace as needed.
- Test compressors running amperage.
- Document motor amperages to compare to future visits.
- Test & monitor refrigerant pressures.
- Check operating temperatures & temperature drop across coils.
- Provide a detailed report upon completion of a maintenance visit.
- Provide preferential priority service
