When my son got out of the shower this morning, the water was gushing full-blast after being turned all the way off. We had to shut off the main water valve and hope someone could come out ASAP to help.

Kyle answered the call and was so helpful! He gave me a very reasonable window for service and called when he was on his way. He completed repairs quickly and the shower handle works better than it ever has.
